Acceleration of payments to companies by the Public Administration
Line of Credit for microenterprises
Line of Credit for micro-enterprises in the tourism sector (60 million euros) – this credit line is intended for micro-enterprises in the tourism sector, affected by the drop in bookings and cancellations.
Capitalizar Credit Line 2018 – COVID-19
Capitalizar Credit Line 2018 – Covid-19: Launched by the Government with a global allocation of 200 million euros, the Capitalizar Credit Line 2018 – Covid-19 allows Portuguese companies, whose activity is being affected by the economic effects resulting from the outbreak of coronavirus, finance their working capital and treasury needs under better price and term conditions, such as the payment of salaries, or the purchase of products and raw materials.
Who it is for:
Preferably Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) or other companies, located in the national territory that, among other conditions of access provided for in the Disclosure Document,

Who it is for:
Preferably Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) or other companies located in the national territory that, among other access conditions provided for in the Disclosure Document:,
- Present a positive net position in the last approved balance sheet, or in the case of a negative net position in the last approved balance sheet, companies may access the line if they present this situation regularized in an interim balance sheet approved up to the date of the operation’s framework;
- Submit a statement explaining the negative impacts of the Covid-19 outbreak on your economic activity.
Conditions
For the purposes of accessing the Capitalizar 2018 – Covid-19 Credit Line, companies will have to declare that the company’s sales have decreased by at least 20% in the last 60 days prior to the submission of the financing request at the Bank, compared to the same period in the previous year.
